Accommodations
Should you require accommodations, we recommend the Flamingo Resort Hotel & Conference Center, 2777 Fourth Street, Santa Rosa, CA 95405. The facility is offering special room rates to attendees of the Managing the Winery Laboratory Conference and Trade Show. Guest rooms and rates are on an availability basis only and it is recommended that reservations be made 30 days prior to the event. Discounted rates are valid on May 6-8, 2009 only and cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to date of arrival. Guest room rates are as follows:

$119.00 Executive King

$189.00 Suite

The above rates increase $10.00 for each additional person per room with existing bedding. All guest room rates are subject to the applicable 11% State & City taxes and assessment charges. Individual room cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to date of arrival. Guest credit card required as guarantee at time of booking.
